Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Options

Nationwide Delivery (UK)

  • Delivery Charges:

  • Orders under £20 will have a small delivery fee calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.
  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow additional time for customs processing or local postal delays.

Missed Deliveries

  • If the courier cannot complete delivery, they will attempt redelivery or contact you for instructions.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items

International Returns

  • International customers can return eligible items at their own expense.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
